Description
This is an established Singapore sports training and coaching company with over eight years of operating history. Clients are mainly MOE schools, government-linked institutions and companies. Revenue has held between S$800K and S$900K for three straight years.
The revenue is sticky and recurring. Schools re-book annually, coaching runs on progressive, term-length schedules, and the seller holds invoice records showing customers returning every year for more than four years. Because the main payer group is MOE schools, invoices are paid reliably and on time.
School sports programmes, S$400K: mass sports events for students in MOE schools, from 20 to 400 pax per event, focused on team building and engagement
Corporate team building, S$200K: mass sports events for company employees, from 40 to 2,000 pax per event
Coaching and lessons, S$200K: trained coaches delivering progressive school sports coaching sessions. This segment has grown 46% a year since FY2022.
The owner works about 16 hours a week, mostly from home, and is on site for fewer than 5% of events. Day to day, the role is advising the sales managers on quotation pricing and the operations manager on delivery.
The business runs on its team, which include:
1. Full-time sales managers, one covering schools and one covering corporates
2. operations manager and an operations intern
3. A pool of around 300 vetted freelance sports coaches, hired per project, so delivery capacity scales with demand without fixed payroll
This structure suits a buyer who wants a manageable owner-operator role, or an operator who wants to add a semi-absentee business to an existing portfolio.
Owner earnings (adjusted SDE) were approximately S$156K in FY2025, S$185K in FY2024 and S$218K in FY2023. More information is provided after a NDA by serious buyers.
The cost base has already been trimmed. One S$4.8K per month role was removed in June 2026 with no loss of delivery capacity, worth about S$67K a year going forward. This will show up in FY 2026 numbers.
FY2026 is tracking ahead: first-half revenue of S$400K is already more than half of FY2025's full year, and billing tends to be back loaded, as they run on completion + 30 days, meaning most revenue is recorded towards the end of the year. This means that FY 2026 projected financial year will be significantly better than 2025. Figures are from management accounts prepared by an external accounting firm (unaudited).
The sale includes two strata B1 light-industrial units (1,916 sqft combined), with about 45 years left on the leasehold, in a modern ramp-up development in central-east Singapore, near major expressways. They serve as office, storage and training base in one, and part of the space already generates rental income. Same-size units in the development transacted at S$700 to 800 psf in mid-2026. Estimated net equity after outstanding property loans is approximately S$400K, which is included in the asking price.
This will be a sale of 100% of the shares, giving full ownership of the business and both properties in a single transaction. The owner is retiring and will support a structured handover, including introductions to the team, the coach pool and key school relationships.
Serious enquiries will receive a Confidential Information Memorandum after signing an NDA, including the recurring-client invoice records, the SDE bridge and full property details. The owner will support structured handover, with the terms to be agreed after an LOI.
