I am selling away the set-up, and assets of the nicely decorated nail spa as we do not have time managing it due to family planning. Some details of the shop below:

1.     Low overheads. Rental at $1600 + GST. Landlord has agreed to sign a new lease with new owner at current rental rate. Landlord is very easy going and hassle free. 

2.     Unit is nicely done up. Located uniquely at a shop house, and tastefully decorated. Visit it and you will definitely fall in love with the unit

3.     Located above Giant supermarket (24hrs), near famous food centre and many eateries and coffee shop. 

4.     Limited liabilities. As you will only be taking over the equipment, assets and customer records, there will not be any debts or extra cost incurred. Customer records will ensure the continuity of business with zero interruption. 

5.     Currently, a PR working full time and will be staying on. She has been with the shop since day, thus there will be no interruption to the business as there will be no down time. Shop is very auto-pilot. Basic management would be required only.

6.     Training and supplier can be provided. I will provide you the suppliers that I have so that you can purchase your inventory. A hand-over session will be arranged to make sure new owner can run the business well.

Please note that this is an asset acquisition only. Business name will not be included in the purchase due to investment and loans of current company name.
