Cafe serves free-choice healthy customizable meal, that caters to the growing trend of eating healthy, wholesome hearty food when dining out. Food options are based on European-Mediterranean cuisine/recipes, which fits the health-theme of the cafe.

Patrons can choose from the pre-fixed menu or personalise their own meal with 1Protein-3Supplements, with food being cooked upon ordering, served hot/warm on proper plates and cutleries.

Recent added menu included many options for the growing crowd of vegetarians/vegans/Gluten Free, especially the growing trend towards eating less meat/ plant-based diets.

Food are prepared daily fresh in-house, when order is placed, as opposed to usual competitors' salad/protein/grain bowl concepts, where food are usually pre-cooked and displayed till cold/dry or to be warmed up by microwaving, and may turn dryer/harder/tasteless over time. Our concept has proved to be popular among regulars who knew our good intentions on serving quality food always. Quality consistency is why our regulars are supporting us all these years.

Specialty coffee and homemade beverages are on the list. We have coffee followers as they mentioned we served better coffee in the area. Smoothies and Vegan-protein shakes are very popular, especially among fitness goers from nearby gyms(EVOLVE MMA, FitnessFirst, Haus Athletics, Ground Zero gym, Barre2Barre, Anytime Fitness, Ufit, Private PT studios and Boutique Yoga studios) as customers knew that we only use fresh ingredients and no artificial syrups in our shakes!
